Bus-ted on tattoo Tuesday?

In the early hours of October 28, commuters witnessed an unusual sight as the rear of a Pittsburgh city bus vanished into a giant sinkhole. There was one passenger on the bus, but no injuries.
It turns out there had been a water main leak under the street that washed out the area under the pavement. The bus was just at the wrong place when the asphalt gave way underneath it.
The incident has led to a number of Pittsburgh wags creating bus sinkhole doughnuts, sinkhole Christmas ornaments, a bus sinkhole Halloween costume and, of course, a tattoo.
A crane was summoned and street repairs are underway.

October 24, 2019I was waiting for a ride the other day when I saw a flock of house sparrows (or in this case hospital sparrows – (they were on the lawn of Rainbow B & C Hospital) – eating what I thought was a mushroom cap. It turns out it was half a bagel. Who know they liked deli?
