What do I find a-peeling?

We are getting toward the end of the clementine season – those sweet, easy to peel, lovely to eat little bundles of juice. Here are some of my lunch time efforts.

So much to say about this. Have you made Clementine Cake yet? Love your art the little guy is a favorite. I’ve seen lovely functional bowls made out of peels. I bet it all smells good too.
