What is tattoo Tuesday about?

In honor of Charlemagne’s birthday, here is a series of fleur de lis tattoos.

The fleur de lis is a stylized lily. It figures prominently in heraldry, particularly in European royal coats of arms, such as on this flag of the Kingdom of France.

This got me to look for any sign of the, “Last King of France” and the “King of the Indian Ocean”. They’re out there but not on google. I’ll try Latitude 38 and see if they pop up there.

  Maybe at this locale, the King of the Zebra Mussels, the Emperor of the Western Reserve, The Lord of the Inner Ring Suburbs?
