If you are still stuck on Star Wars, you can crochet yourself this wonderful Death Star throw pillow (28 inches in diameter). The pattern for the pillow – this one was created in acrylic yarn so you can wash your death star without worrying about shrinkage – is at ravelry.com.
Thanks to Katie for the link.
Also available as a LEGO kit from Amazon for $1,986.49 plus shipping (not eligible for Prime)
More fun stuff:
Ok, I really like that ice cube mold.
Ha ha! Me, too 🙂
Well, OK. I chased the link to Wookiepedia and was flabbergasted. By stuff like this:
The basic structure of the station was a sphere the size of a small class-IV moon, with a kilometer-wide trench containing docking bays running around its equator. It was the very incarnation of the Tarkin Doctrine. Because of its size and shape, it was sometimes mistaken for a small moon.[10]
YGBSM! And here I thought it was just a freakin’ movie.
Ah, the Force prompts me to explain that Star Wars is so much more than “just a movie.” 🙂
