What am I celebrating?
August 4, 2013On August 4, 1693, Dom Perignon, a Benedictine monk, invented champagne; or so the story goes. Whether or not you believe this version, it makes a good story. So, on August 4, we raise a glass of something bubbly to celebrate champagne.
