I saw those black x on the way out of the local bank I get cash from yesterday and was initially surprised. I’ve been there a dozen times and never seen more than 0 customers and they also have the forty foot hallway inside the building to boot. I can’t imagine them with a line out of the door. On the other hand, it is a killing tough neighborhood. It could use a few pirates.
