Better now
October 2, 2009
It turned out Mr. Stinkyman was spreading germs that were rather nasty and I am just beginning to feel better. I have a colleague who says he wears a mask on airplanes and other enclosed spaces. He says he gets looks, but has not become ill. I don’t know.
September just careened past me and now the rains of November seem to be taking over my favorite month. October is national popcorn month, today is world smile day (although they do have drugs for that) and today is Groucho Marx’s birthday, born in 1890, and one of my favorite philosophers.
Looking forward to the weekend. Going to buy pumpkins, apples and cider…maybe a donut.

It’s time to catch your twelve leaves for good luck throughout the coming year.
Those are my principles and if you don’t like them, well I have others. — G. Marx

October is a beautiful month for birthdays and daydreaming. William the Coroner said it was your birthday, so I’m here to wish you a happy one!
Glad you’re on the mend. –rj
Thanks!
