What am I celebrating today?

Today is Eskimo Pie Day. These ice cream treats were introduced in 1922 and have been pleasing people for over 100 years.

I went searching for a list of flavors of Eskimo Pies, but all I could find was a lot of articles about how in 2020, Eskimo Pies were renamed Edy’s Pies.

As someone who identifies as Inuit, I lament this loss.
