    Brilliant! Would you believe I’ve lived in NM for nearly 12 years now (in December) and I’ve never made it to the balloon fiesta? What’s even worse is the fact I have family in ABQ, so I’d have a place to stay, just for the asking.

    Next year, always next year…

      You should go see the festival. I am amazed at the number of participants – and that they don’t all bump into each other. Balloons are a beautiful if quixotic mode of transportation.
